Scarves are color coded in clear plastic bins (pinks and reds, greens, blues, neutrals)
Recently someone asked me about organizing my closet and how I go about it. One of the easiest ways is by color. If you have a lot of one item (scarves, hats, tee shirts, tights, ties, etc) and a small space to organize, color gives you a good starting point. Instead of lumping everything into your lowest dresser drawer (those bottom items will never see the light of day USA Soccer Jersey!), choose clear containers so you can easily hone in on what you’re after.
One quick note: If you are using clear containers, make sure they aren’t sitting in direct sunlight, which can fade and damage your clothing.
